Payroll manager costs – what should a business expect to pay?

What qualifications does a payroll manager need?
There are a number of ways to become a payroll manager. An introductory college course to bookkeeping and payroll is a good place to start. Many people start work as a payroll clerk and work their way up to the position as a result of valuable knowledge gained over several years working in a payroll environment.
